A leading European tech investor is taking on a new operational role. Judith Dada joins Berlin-based AI startup Langdock as Co-CEO while keeping her position at Visionaries. The move signals a rare shift from venture capital to hands-on leadership.
Langdock, a Berlin-based AI company, has appointed Judith Dada as its new Co-CEO, marking a notable leadership change for the fast-growing startup. Dada, recognized as one of Europe's most prominent technology investors, will work alongside the founding team to accelerate Langdock's expansion. She will continue her responsibilities as Senior Partner at Visionaries, making the transition from investor to operational executive-a move rarely seen in the European tech scene.
Before joining Visionaries, Dada served as General Partner at La Famiglia, a Berlin venture capital firm focused on B2B technology. Following La Famiglia's acquisition by General Catalyst, she became a partner there before moving to Visionaries in 2025. Her investment portfolio includes companies such as Personio, Parloa, Orbem, Buynomics, and Langdock, with a focus on enterprise software and artificial intelligence applications. Dada last held an operational role nine years ago as Solution Manager at Facebook.
Founded in 2023, Langdock develops an AI platform designed for enterprise use. The software integrates multiple language models-including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Mistral-within a single, privacy-compliant environment. This allows organizations to deploy generative AI tools and agents without exposing sensitive data to uncontrolled cloud services or shadow IT solutions. Langdock's client base consists mainly of large companies and organizations seeking to implement generative AI while meeting European data protection and compliance standards. The company recently reported strong revenue growth and is considered one of the fastest-growing AI startups in Europe.
