BCN Launches AI Brand Voice to Boost Brand Visibility in ChatGPT

A new product from BCN aims to help brands appear more prominently in AI assistants. The service includes audits, content strategy, and ongoing optimization. Publishers see this as a way to reach millions beyond traditional search.

Media and publishing professionals looking to increase brand exposure in AI-driven environments now have a new option. BCN, the commercial joint venture of Hubert Burda Media, Funke, and Klambt, has introduced a product designed to help brands gain visibility and accurate representation within AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini, moving beyond the limitations of traditional search engine results.

The new offering, called AI Brand Voice, provides a bundled service that includes an AI visibility audit, tailored content strategy, AI-optimized branded content, and ongoing optimization. This service leverages BCN’s network of around 300 specialist publications, covering sectors such as technology, finance, beauty, health, and luxury. Notable titles in the portfolio include Chip, Elle, and Grazia. According to BCN, the joint venture reaches approximately 63 million users across its three publishing partners.

As publishers adapt to the rise of AI assistants, some are rethinking how to serve audiences who increasingly access content through these platforms. For example, a recent report highlighted how Le Monde is adjusting its approach as more paying readers arrive via AI agents, reflecting a broader shift in content distribution strategies.
