A major funding round has pushed Higgsfield’s valuation to $5.4 billion. The AI video platform now claims 30 million users and $700 million in annualized revenue. Its tools are gaining traction with Fortune 500 enterprises.

Higgsfield’s rapid ascent in the AI video sector is drawing attention from media, publishing, and content professionals. The company announced a $400 million Series B funding round, raising its valuation to $5.4 billion just eight months after its previous $1.3 billion mark. This surge reflects growing demand for AI-powered creative tools among both individual creators and large enterprises.

Founded in 2023 by former Snap executive Alex Mashrabov, Higgsfield enables users to generate AI-driven images and videos. The platform has made headlines for debuting AI-generated films at major events in Cannes and New York. Its suite of products includes Cinema Studio, designed for filmmakers to direct AI-powered movies, and Marketing Studio, which targets marketing and advertising teams seeking to streamline creative workflows.

According to the company, Higgsfield now serves 30 million users across 200 countries and reports $700 million in annualized revenue. Enterprise adoption is accelerating, with 390 of the Fortune 500 companies now working with the platform. Mashrabov stated that he expects video AI to become deeply integrated into daily marketing and creative operations for large organizations.

The newly raised capital will support hiring, product development, and, critically, the expansion of compute infrastructure. Mashrabov emphasized that video generation is among the most compute-intensive areas in AI, noting that processing a single minute of video can require resources equivalent to handling 60,000 words. Ensuring reliable compute capacity is essential for Higgsfield to remain competitive with industry peers such as Synthesia and Runway.

DST Global led the Series B round, with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Valor Capital, and Tribe Capital. The company’s ability to attract major investors highlights confidence in its technology and business model as AI video tools become increasingly central to content production and marketing strategies.

Higgsfield’s rapid growth and high-profile partnerships position it as a significant player in the evolving landscape of AI-powered content creation. Its focus on enterprise clients and robust revenue figures underscore the platform’s relevance for organizations seeking to scale creative output and streamline production workflows.

Founded in 2023, Higgsfield has quickly established a global footprint, reaching 30 million users in less than three years. The company’s annualized revenue of $700 million and partnerships with 390 Fortune 500 firms reflect its strong market traction. With a $5.4 billion valuation following its latest funding round, Higgsfield is now among the most highly valued startups in the AI video generation space.
