Managing multiple ad accounts just got easier. Advertisers can now connect several Google Ads accounts to a single Google Analytics 4 property in one step, streamlining data sharing and reducing manual work.
Advertisers and agencies overseeing several Google Ads accounts can now link them all to a single Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property in one streamlined process. Google has introduced a bulk linking feature, allowing users to manage data sharing across multiple accounts from a unified interface.
This update is designed for those who handle numerous Google Ads accounts tied to the same GA4 property, eliminating the need to connect each account individually. The new option is available under Data Manager > Google Analytics 4 > Link Setup within Google Ads.
With the bulk linking tool, users can select or deselect multiple Google Ads accounts via a drop-down menu, then connect them to a GA4 property in just a few clicks. Once linked, these accounts can share data with the analytics property, making it easier to maintain consistent measurement and reporting across campaigns.
For agencies, franchises, and enterprise marketing teams, this change means faster updates when clients are added or removed, and a lower risk of missing conversion data or creating gaps in reporting. The streamlined process helps ensure that analytics setups remain accurate as account portfolios evolve.
Industry experts have noted the significance of this update for advertisers managing complex account structures. Paid Search specialist Thomas Eccel was among the first to spot the new feature, sharing his findings on LinkedIn.
This move follows a series of enhancements aimed at simplifying ad management and analytics integration. For example, recent changes have also expanded options for dynamic ads in non-retail sectors, as detailed in coverage of Google's Demand Gen business data feeds update.
By allowing advertisers to manage multiple account links from a single interface, Google is reducing administrative overhead and making it easier to scale data integration efforts across large portfolios.
Google Analytics 4, launched in October 2020, has become the standard analytics platform for millions of websites and apps worldwide. As of 2026, Google reports that over 30 million properties are actively using GA4, reflecting its central role in digital marketing measurement and attribution.
