On July 4, Finn Gomez, a 23-year-old intern at Getty Images, was assigned to cover a large group of masked Patriot Front demonstrators near the Capitol. After a tip from a police officer, Gomez located the group at a Metro station and boarded a subway car filled with hundreds of the demonstrators.
